Carolina Almeida Cruz

Founder of C-more ESG algorithm focused on measuring and evaluating businesses actions related to ESG.

15 years of experience in economic, social, business, and sustainable development, spending several years studying and learning, in different continents, about its impact.

Current and past member of boards of directors or sustainability committees in several large organizations.

Studied Psychology at ISPA, Finance and Business Administration at Harvard, entrepreneurship, social impact and innovation at the UN, and Positive Psychology in San Francisco.

Along her career, she won awards and relevant accolades such as Muhammad Yunus Young Challenger in 2014, and just recently the award for best ESG measuring algorithm at Women in Tech 2021.

Taciana Fonseca Marques

Taciana Fonseca Marques has more than 20 years of experience in the national and international markets. She has extensive experience in M&A, private equity, corporate reorganization, corporate governance, structured projects and debt restructuring.

She was a Senior Counsel at legal department at IFC/World Bank in the United States and Latin America between 2011 and 2019, working in more than 20 jurisdictions.

Prior to joining IFC/World Bank, she worked for two large and renowned law firms in São Paulo. Due to her experience in multiple countries, in general corporate and corporate finance work, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, international equity offerings and IPOs she developed several key competences required to thrive in the international financial world, such as: (i)  Cross Cultural Communications Skills; (ii) Cross Borders Transactions; (iii) Deep knowledge on LAC region and Emerging Markets; (iv) Risk Assessment.

Rodrigo Fiszman

Rodrigo Fiszman is economist, founding partner of Solum Group. He has an extensive experience in capital markets, buying and selling medium-sized companies and is very familiar with managing and creating alternative funds and public offerings, given his experience working in Family Offices and Wealth Management.

Rodrigo was a partner at XP Investimentos between 2013 and 2016, responsible for building and leading the company’s Wealth Management area. Before that, he was a partner at Real Assets Multi Family Office, responsible for the alternative investments division since 2009. In 2017 Rodrigo started focusing his investing expertise on Private Equity firms with focus on middle market, and in 2018 he founded Solum Group. Rodrigo is chairman of the board of BEE4.com.br (Balcão de Empresas Emergentes), the new Brazilian access market.

Juan Ignacio Quintero

Juan Ignacio is passionate about sustainability, entrepreneurship, and education. Over the past 6 years, his professional career has been focused on the impact entrepreneurship ecosystem in Latin America.

He founded Nibi, a startup focused on the social sector, supporting the financial sustainability of nonprofits in Colombia.

He worked in Mexico at New Ventures as an Acceleration Manager, supporting Latin American entrepreneurs in their growth and sustainability strategies.
